The leftist environmentalists and climate Communists at the U.N. and its politician-run IPCC have long been trying to frame my cousin CO2 on murder of the Earth's climate by global heating. Too bad for them, he hired his cousin TLW to represent him in court, and after a long drawn-out trial full of prosecutorial moose hockey, they finally rested their case, and TLW won the case without the jury having to retire to the jury room. TLW's alleged lack of orthodox credentials turned out to be irrelevant, only the facts.
What did he do? He pulled out one big scientific fact that the prosecution had been hiding, which caused their house of cards to collapse: CO2 can't cause heating because its Planck radiation temperature of -80C (15 microns) IS NOT HEAT!
