Why is the Arctic warming, and who says so?
Surprise! It's been made-up by the environmentalist leftists and climate communists at the U.N. and their politician-run IPCC octopus of kept scientists, academics, journalists, and politicians to keep pushing their hoax that CO2 emissions are causing global warming to scare the world into dismantling the fossil fuel industry and pave the way for global Marxism. Since people in the U.S. enjoy the world's best network of temperature measurement stations and can't be fooled, the IPCC likes to frame the Antarctic and Arctic as warming from CO2 because only their minions get funding to actually live there, and nobody is around to check their stories except by looking at satellite photos of ice cover, which sometimes contradict their official line, forcing them to issue cover-up explanations.
Meanwhile the global Marxist-run U.N. IPCC lie machine churns out the lying articles painting the Arctic as threatening accelerated global warming plus flooding, when even if all the ice melted, it couldn't raise sea levels any because the ice wasn't on solid land, but like ice cubes in a glass of tea, they can all melt and the level stays the same. Ditto the claims of rise in avg. temperature since the mid-1960s of 3C don't mention that the final temps are still below 0C, so that nothing can actually melt.

What Happened To The Ice-Free Arctic?
Ironically, in Feb. 2020 the infamous U. of Exeter that gets big funds for climate research announced that the so-called Polar Vortex isn't being warmed by the Arctic, but rather warms it temporarily after random fluctuations push warm air there, which isn't climate it's just weather, busting another CO2-driven AGW hoax for overreach.
